End to end solution.  RR is an end-to-end solution for managing the entire lifecycle of the riskiest electronic data in an organization, and includes and simplifies litigation holds and compliance with e-discovery obligations. RR ensures that documents required to be maintained for business, governmental or litigation purposes are secured and that documents no longer required are completely and irrevocably destroyed according to the enterprise’s retention policy.  

Process integrity.  RR brings integrity and defensibility to a company’s information management and retention processes related to e-discovery.  The system ensures objectivity and transparency through audited, end to end management.  Reports, including privilege and defensibility logs are automatically created.  It eliminates reputational risk by preventing the intentional or inadvertent tampering with documents implicated by a subpoena, document (or FOIA) request or other demand.

End user transparency.  RR enforces policy without asking ordinary users to alter the way they work.  Documents subject to litigation holds are both held immutable and made available for on-going work.

Process speed.  RR allows immediate early case assessment (ECA) without the need to first collect the documents.  RR provides the most advanced searching tools available to ensure the proper identification of responsive documents.  Analytics include key word, metadata, thematic and social network searches.  The search tools are easy to use, visually compelling, auditable and can be used prior to the actual collection of documents.

Document processing capabilities.  Documents outside the network can easily be imported into RR through a simple upload wizard, allowing the organization to apply and enforce its retention policies to all ESI.  After review and analysis, documents can be TIFF'd and redacted, bates numbered/stamped exported to any standard e-discovery format.  

ROI/Savings.  The ROI is immediate. By managing in place and collecting only after analysis, the volume of irrelevant documents for review by outside counsel is dramatically reduced.  De-duplication is rendered anachronistic because every document is hashed/fingerprinted – allowing only one copy to be collected, while providing metadata about the location of every copy.   RR reduces storage and archiving costs by ensuring that in place lifecycle management is applied to all loose documents.  It is no longer necessary to employ massive archival systems to ensure preservation requirements are met.
